We dedicate ourselves to standardized order processing and reliable cross-border logistics services, ensuring all purchased bags are well-packaged, fully inspected and delivered to global customers safely and efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your bag order is confirmed and fully paid, our team will complete internal order verification, product quality inspection and professional packaging within 1 to 3 business days. All processing work excludes weekends and Hong Kong SAR statutory public holidays, during which our warehouse suspends all order operations.
During peak shopping periods and promotional events with massive order volume, standard processing schedules may be moderately extended. We will send official email reminders to customers promptly if significant delays occur to keep everyone informed of the latest order status.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, size and international shipping destination. The exact shipping expense will be automatically computed and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, without any hidden charges.
Our store provides standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This delivery timeframe is for reference only. Actual parcel arrival may be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, cross-border customs clearance progress, extreme weather conditions, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your bag order completes all pre-delivery procedures and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and matched logistics carrier information.
Tracking system data will be updated and available for real-time online inquiry within 24 to 72 hours after the carrier picks up the package. Cross-border data synchronization delays are normal. You can contact our customer service team for manual checking and follow-up if no tracking updates are available after 72 hours.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to fill in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid zip codes and active contact information during checkout. Please double-check all delivery details before finalizing your order payment.
CHING WONG assumes no liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to bear all reshipping fees independently, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is verified lost during cross-border transportation, please submit a loss investigation application to our customer support team within 5 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with logistics providers to trace the parcel and deliver a reasonable solution in a timely manner.
Bag products may encounter extrusion, friction and impact during long-distance cross-border logistics, resulting in surface scratches, deformation or accessory damage. If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact our support team within 24 hours upon delivery. You need to provide clear photos of both the outer packaging and damaged product parts as valid evidence for official review and settlement.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Every bag product in our store is crafted with different materials such as genuine leather, canvas and synthetic fabrics, with exclusive material-specific care instructions attached. We recommend all customers follow official guidelines for daily use, storage, cleaning and routine maintenance to protect product quality.
Any product damage, fading, deformation and structural failure caused by improper cleaning, unsuitable storage environments, unauthorized modification or artificial misuse are categorized as human-induced damage. CHING WONG will not undertake after-sales compensation or maintenance responsibilities for such non-quality-related damage.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and other tax charges in accordance with the trade policies and commodity supervision rules of the destination country or region.
All customs-related expenses are solely borne by the customer. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store do not include any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by unpaid customs fees or non-compliance with local import regulations.
